Welcome to Healing Hands by Marilia Costa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including massage therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and energy healing. By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Massage Therapy
We offer a variety of massage therapies including Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, deep tissue, and relaxation massages. Our therapists are certified professionals committed to providing the highest quality care.
2.2 Sauna
Our sauna services are designed to help you relax and detoxify. Please consult with your physician before using the sauna if you have any medical conditions.
2.3 Cold Plunge
The cold plunge is a rejuvenating experience. It is recommended to consult your doctor if you have any cardiovascular or respiratory conditions before use.
2.4 Energy Healing
Our energy healing services are aimed at promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These services are complementary therapies and should not replace medical treatment.
3. Packages
3.1 Massage Packages
We offer packages for 5 and 10 massage sessions.
- 5 Session Package: Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
- 10 Session Package: Must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Booking and Cancellation
4.1 Booking
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
4.2 Cancellation
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for packages, gift certificates, or completed services. In exceptional circumstances, management may offer a partial refund at their discretion.
6. Health and Safety
Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire before their first session. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe for the client or therapist.
7. Liability
HHbyM is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services. Clients use our facilities at their own risk.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 Personal Information
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and health information to provide our services. This information is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized staff.
8.2 Use of Information
Your personal information is used to manage bookings, provide services, and communicate with you. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By using our services, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during your sessions for promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, or in other marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform us in writing before your appointment.

The services provided by HHbyM are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our treatments are complementary therapies and should not replace medical treatment.
