Welcome to Healing Hands by Marilia Costa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including massage therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and energy healing. By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

2.1 Massage Therapy

We offer a range of massage therapies, including Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, deep tissue, and relaxation massage. All services are performed by qualified and certified therapists.

2.2 Sauna

Our sauna services aim to support relaxation and detoxification. If you have any medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to use.

2.3 Cold Plunge

Cold plunge therapy can support rejuvenation and circulation. Please consult your doctor if you have any cardiovascular or respiratory conditions before participating.

2.4 Energy Healing

Energy healing services are designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These therapies are complementary and not a substitute for medical treatment.

3. Packages

3.1 Massage Packages

5-Session Package: Must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Non-transferable and non-refundable.

10-Session Package: Must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Booking and Cancellation

4.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

4.2 Cancellation

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full price of the session.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for packages, gift certificates, or completed services. In exceptional circumstances, management may offer a partial refund at their discretion.

6. Health and Safety

All clients must complete a health intake form before their first session. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe for the client or therapist.

7. Liability

Healing Hands by Marilia Costa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services or facilities. Clients use all services at their own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, booking history, email interactions, and relevant health information to provide and manage our services. This information is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized staff.

manage bookings and client records,

communicate with you regarding appointments, service updates, and promotions,

personalize and improve your overall service experience.

We use trusted third-party platforms (such as Acuity Scheduling) to process bookings and communications. These platforms may collect and track actions such as appointment creation, rescheduling, and email engagement (e.g., whether emails are opened or clicked).

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent, except as required by law.

8.3 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. All client data is stored in secure systems with restricted access.

8.4 Access and Correction

You have the right to access and correct your personal information at any time. Please contact us to update or review your records.

9. Use of Images

From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during sessions or events for promotional purposes. These may appear on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform us in writing before your appointment.

Information provided by our staff, during sessions, or on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
